Cheer-Up Brownies

Cheer-Up Brownies
2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix, or All Purpose Mix
4 Eggs
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chopped Nuts (pecans are great!)
1 cup Coconut Flakes
1 pound Brown Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, stir ingredients together until well-mixed. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes.
To freeze for later use, wrap cooled brownies, UNcut, tightly in freezer wrap or foil; label and freeze for up to 3 months
