Tender Pork Chops (Crockpot)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 bone-in pork loin chops(1 inch thick)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can chicken with rice soup, undiluted
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, mustard, seasoned salt and garlic powder. Add pork chops, one at a time and shake to coat.
In a large skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil. Place in a crockpot. Pour soup over pork. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until tender.
