Brownies In A Cone
Brownies In A Cone
1 pkg. fudge brownie mix
(13 x 9 inch pan size)
17 ice cream cake cones (about
2 3/4 inches tall)
1 cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp shortening
Colored sprinkles
Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions, using 3 eggs. Place the ice cream cones in muffins cups. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the batter into each of the cones. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is dry. Do Not Overbake. Cool completely. In a microwave, melt the chocolate chips and the shortening. Stir until smooth. Dip the tops of the brownies in the melted chocolate. Allow the excess to drip off. Decorate with the sprinkles. Makes 17 servings
