GLORIFIED RICE

GLORIFIED RICE
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. cubed pineapple
1 c. apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 c. marshmallows
Cook rice until soft. Mix all ingredients except Cool Whip. Let stand
1 hour. Put in Cool Whip just before serving. Note: Cherries,
strawberries, bananas, peaches, fruit cocktail, any fruit may be
added. Also nuts may be added. Be sure to drain juice from fruit
before adding to rice.
