Fruit or Vegetable Salad? Empty Fruit or Vegetable Salad?

Post  CandicePearson Wed Nov 25, 2009 2:44 am

I am about to make salad but the available fruits and veggies at home are tomato, cucumber, eggplant, and zucchini.
I plan to mix dice tomatoes, sliced cucumber, steamed green beans, bell peppers, boiled eggplant, and zucchini and I will use balsamic dressing on it.
I know that tomato and bell peppers are fruit. Is it a mix of vegetable and fruit salad?
Will I add adobo seasoning and olive oil on it to enhance its taste?

Yes but I would put a little in at first and then adjust to taste. There are tons of seasonings you can use for this. I use the good seasons italian dressing dry mix and oil a lot of time whne I make a cucumber and tomatoe salad.
