Mexican Bean Dip
Mexican Bean Dip
1 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
16 ounces cream cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8-inch square pan with 2 layers of aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Mix beans and softened cream cheese with mixer. Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
