Fresh Apple Cake
In large bowl combine and let stand one hour:
4 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
Add:
2 beaten eggs
Blend in:
3 c. flour
1 teas. each, cloves, nutmeg
2 teas. cinnamon
2 teas. soda
1/2 teas. salt
Add:
1 c. chopped pecans
Bake in tube pan at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
