Apple Cake
4 cups peeled & diced green apples
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs (mix with fork)
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups walnuts chopped (optional)
Mix together and put in greased & floured 13x9 dish and
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
