Crispy Chocolate Cups
Taste of Home's Treasury Of Home Cooking, Volume 4, 2001

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups butterscotch morsels
1 1/3 cups potato chips -- ridged, crushed
1/2 cup peanuts -- chopped

In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low
heat until blended and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in potato chips and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls into 1-1/4-inch foil candy cups. Cool. Makes 3 dozen
