> 1 1/2 pounds flank steak -- or london broil or flat iron
> 3 tablespoons soy sauce
> 1 tablespoon ketchup
> 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
> 1 clove garlic -- minced
> 1 teaspoon salt
> 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
> 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

> Combine all ingredients, except the steak, in a small bowl. With a sharp
> knife, score the surface of the steak(s) in a diamond pattern about 1/8
> inch deep. Coat with mixture and wrap in foil, then place in freezer bag.
> Freeze.

> Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat grill and grill over a high heat
> until done, about 3 to 6 minutes per side
