Red Plum Cake

Red Plum Cake
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 oz bottle red food coloring
2 small jars plum baby food
Mix all dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients. Mix until well blended. Grease and flour two 9X5X3 inch loaf pans. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Invert and cool completely.
