CREAM OF ITALIAN TOMATO SOUP
CREAM OF ITALIAN TOMATO SOUP
2 LARGE jars spaghetti sauce (not the regular size, but the BIG ones!)
Smooth kind
1 qt. half and half
2 c. whipping cream
1 stick butter
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
basil, optional (½ t.basil)
fresh grated Parmesan
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan and cook SLOWLY over 2-3 hours.
Serve with Parmesan and bread sticks
