TOFU SALAD DRESSING Empty TOFU SALAD DRESSING

TOFU SALAD DRESSING

1/2 lb. tofu
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. sweetener

Whiz in blender until smooth and creamy. This is a basic dressing. May add herbs and seasonings as desired.
