Toffee Crunch Grahams
Toffee Crunch Grahams
12 whole graham crackers
(about 5 inches x 2 1/2 inches)
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups sliced almonds
Line a 15 x 10 inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil. Place the graham crackers in the pan. In a saucepan, combine the butter and the brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Carefully pour over the graham crackers. Sprinkle with the almonds. Bake at 400 F for 6-8 minutes or until bubbly. Cool in the pan for 4 minutes. Cut each cracker into four sections. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Makes 4 dozen
