CHICKEN BAVARIAN CASSEROLE
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. parsley flakes
7-9 boned chicken breasts
1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup
1 c. water
Mix 1 cup rice with cream of mushroom and cream of celery
soup, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon parsley. Pour into buttered
casserole 15x9. Lay chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle dry onion
soup on top. Seal tight with foil. Temperature: 350 degrees.
Time: 2 hours. Don't lift foil until 2 hours have passed.
