Sara Lee Copycat Coffee Cake with a Twist
Sara Lee Copycat Coffee Cake with a Twist
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box of vanilla instant pudding
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 tablespoon butter extract
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
4 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Mix in order. Place batter in greased bunt pan.
Crumb Topping
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cream together the butter and the sugar. Add in the flour and cinnamon and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.
Bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean.
