EZ Lemon Bars
1 box angel food cake mix
1 can lemon pie filling
Fold pie filling into cake mix using a large mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely and sprinkle with confectioners sugar or combine 3 oz. cream cheese (softened), 1/3 cup margarine or butter (melted), 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 cups confectioners sugar. Frost.
