Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole
2 med. zucchini, sliced and unpeeled
2 green pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 Cup cooked macaroni
Velveeta cheese
Butter and a little flour in a 9x13 baking dish. Layer all vegetables and then cover with Velveeta cheese. Add cooked macaroni, again cover with Velveeta cheese. Layer vegetables again, finish with cheese. Bake 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes. You can use what ever amounts you want. You can't really mess this one up.
