Mixed Vegetable Salad with Beets

1 cup cooked potatoes, diced
1½ cups cooked carrots, sliced
1½ cups cooked green beans
1½ cups cooked peas
1 cup raw celery, sliced
1 cup cooked beets, diced
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 cup small pimento stuffed olives
lettuce

Chill vegetables, eggs and olives separately. Just before serving arrange lettuce in large bowl.

Dressing
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/3 to ½ cup chili sauce
2/3 teaspoon lemon juice

Just before serving, combine all ingredients and toss with salad dressing.
