Tortellini Chicken and Artichoke Salad

1 - 16 oz. pkg. of frozen cheese tortellini
3 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 - 14 oz. can or jar of artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 - 8 oz. bottle Caesar salad dressing

Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package; rinse with cold water and drain. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Toss gently with salad dressing. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. I serve this with a delicious Swiss Cheese Bread.
