Chicken old ladies on a bus
developed after hearing a conversation of two older ladies on a bus in georgia
1 cut up chicken
1/3 c orange marmalade
1/3 c hot barbque sauce
2 TBS worcestershire sauce
2 TBS lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Combine marmalade barbques sauce worcestershire sauve and lemon juice. Mix well. Place chicken skin side up. Put salt and pepper on Has a recipe from atleast all 50 states Pour sauce over chicken and bake1 hour basting occasionaly. Increase temp to 400 and bake 15 minuets longer. Serve
Comes from the 41st national chicken cooking contest book. It has atleast a recipe from eac state more from Georgia. Contest winners past and the current ones for the year it cam out.
