Amy's Cubed Steak
As many cube steaks as you want
2 package of onion soup mix
flour
season salt
1 can beef broth
water
Dredge cube steaks into seasoned flour. Fry in a little oil until brown on both sides. Place in a crockpot. Mix onion soup and beef broth together and pour over steaks. Cover the rest of the way with water. Cook on high 4 to 6 hours and low 8 hours. Makes its own gravy and the steaks fall apart. I have done this with deer steaks also and it works good too.
