Potatoe Burgers

This is a family favorite that I found in an old cook book.

2 Cups shredded potatoes
1 lb ground hambuger (pork or turkey works also)
1 small shredded onion
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together, form into patties, and fry until done. Remove from pan and mix flour with grease to make a rue. Add milk. Add hambugers back to gravy and cook until thickened. Serve with rice or potatoes.
