loaded bake potatoe salad

I stole this recipe from a local barbque resturant and fixd it to our taste. It has been a hit every time I take it to a party.

potatoes- red skin works nicely but can use regular
sourcream
ranch dressing
mayo
green onions
cheese
bacon
pull type barbque with out sauce

Bake potatoes in the oven (gives better flavor). Cool and peel if wanted. Dice potatoes. Mix sourcream,ranch, and mayo to your liking. Add cheese,bacon,green onion, and barbque to potatoes. Pour over sourcream mixture. Chill and serve.


If you are going to let this sit for a while make sure you bring some extra ranch or mayo with you. The sourcream can make it get stiff. The ranch got added by my mother in law for this reason. This recipe is all to taste. It is not written in stone and probably never will be.
