Chicken Taco Burgers

Chicken Taco Burgers


1 egg beaten
1/4 C. chopped onion
2 T. taco seasoning
1 garlic clove minced
1/4 t. pepper
1 lb. ground chicken
4 whole wheat hamburger buns split and toasted


In a large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients. Crumble chicken over mixture and mix well. Shape into 4 patties.


Grill burgers covered over medium heat 4-6 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165 and juices run clear. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
