Marinated Vegetables Empty Marinated Vegetables

Marinated Vegetables

1-16 ounce can of LeSure peas or 1-16 ounce frozen peas, thawed
1-16 ounce can French style green beans
1-12 ounce can corn
1 medium onion chopped finely or onion powder to taste (maybe 1/2 tsp)
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
3/4 cup finely chopped cooked carrots

Drain vegetable and mix together. Heat together:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/2 of pepper

Heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and marinate in the refrigerator until flavors have melded. When ready to serve, mix thoroughly.
