Apple-Berry Crumb Pie

1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
10 tbsp butter, melted
1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream, optional

In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter. Set aside 3/4 cup for the topping. Press the remaining mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 for 13-17 minutes or until lightly browned. In another bowl, combine the pie filling, cranberries, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Spoon into the crust. Sprinkle with the reserved oat mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Serve with ice cream if desired. Makes 8 servings
