Angel Crisps
Good plain, or with a glaze or frosting.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/1 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cr of tartar
Mix first five ingredients. Sift dry ingredients togather, and add to other mixture. Roll in little balls and place on cookie sheet. Press down with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 until done.
