pork chop stuffing bake

6 bone in pork chops
1 package stuffing mix
1 can cranberry sauce- whole berries works good
3/4 c barbque sauce

Brown porkchops. Place them in a casserole dish. Makd stuffing according to package directions. Fluff then add Barbque sauce and cranberries. Pour on top of pork chops. Bake 350 until pork is done.


This sounds a little strange but is really good. I it tangy and sweet at the same time.
