Basic meatloaf + ideas

1 lb hambuger meat
1 package onion soup mix
1 egg
2 slices of bread- wet down with water or milk
ketcuhp

Mix all together but the ketchup. Form into a loaf and top with ketchup. Bake at 350 until no longer pink.



I have made this for years. I now add stuff to it. I make one that has tomatoes, onions, bacon, and cheese. I top it with mustard and ketchup in a pretty design. We call it the bacon cheeseburger meatloaf.

I have added pinto beans,cheese, taco seasoning, and salsa to one and made it a taco meat loaf.

The options are endless. Come up with your favorites and let us all know what you come up with.
