Breakfast Quiche
I
Premade frozen, deep dish pie crust
7 medium or large eggs, beaten (use 6 if extra large)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb cooked ground sausage ) or any breakfast meat
1 1/2 to 2 cups grated cheese
Place browned sausage in bottom of pie crust, top with cheese. Beat eggs with milk and pour over meat & cheese. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until well set.
