Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In a mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; beat in butter, egg and
bananas. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for about 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.

Makes 48 cookies.
