Pudding Bundt Cake

3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 box 3-3/4 ozs instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
Glaze (below)

Heat oven to 350 degree. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan. Beat all
ingredients except Glaze in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly,
30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 4 minutes.
Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40
to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Spread
with Glaze and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Glaze
Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 Tablespoons milk until smooth and of
desired consistency.
