1 deer tenderloin
buttermilk to cover
seasoned flour

Cut up your deer into thin slices. You can beat it with a mallet or knife to tenderize. Soak in butter milk for atleast 30 minuets. Enough to cover. Drain off the buttermilk and coat each piece of deer in seasoned flour. Fry until light brown on each side. drain and eat.
