Creamy Swiss Steak
3/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lbs boneless beef round
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cups onion, sliced
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup water
Combine flour, salt & pepper. Dredge beef. In large skillet brown beef in butter on both sides. Transfer to slow cooker, top with onion. Combine soup & water and pour over onion. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
