Grilled Chinese Chicken Salad
Makes 6 servings (1-1/2 cups each)

PAM®️ Grilling Spray
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 large breast = about 1 lb)
1/4 cup La Choy®️ Soy Sauce
1 cup low fat sesame-ginger dressing
1 cup fresh snow peas, cut in half
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup La Choy®️ Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained
4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 can (11 oz each) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup La Choy®️ Chow Mein Noodles
1/2 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted

Spray grate of outdoor grill and grilling utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat according to manufacturer? s directions.
Place chicken in medium bowl. Pour soy sauce over chicken and marinate for 30 minutes. Grill chicken until no longer pink; allow to cool, slice thinly.
Pour dressing into medium bowl. Add grilled chicken, pea pods, green onions, and water chestnuts; toss lightly. Chill in refrigerator 15 minutes or until serving time.
Toss lettuce, oranges, chow mein noodles and almonds together in serving bowl. Top with chicken mixture and serve with additional dressing, if desired.
