Blackberry Cream Pie
You can substitute raspberries, apricots, peaches or strawberries in this recipe.
Serves 8
1 1/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/3 cups fresh blackberries
1 baked pastry shell
1 cup whipped cream topping
Combine milk and lemon juice and stir until thickened.
Fold in 1 cup of fruit and pour into pastry shell.
Cover with whipped cream topping and garnish with remaining berries.
Chill, then serve.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ready in: 30 minutes
