Makes:6 servings
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits
1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce
2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
16 slices (1 1/2 in. diameter) pepperoni
any other pizza toppings of your choosing
Heat oven to 375. Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Cut
each biscuit into 8 pieces; place in medium bowl. Add pizza sauce and
1 cup of the cheese; toss to coat.
Spread mixture in ungreased 9inch square (2 qt) glass baking
dish. Top with pepperoni and remaining 1 cup cheese.
Bake 22 to 28 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
