Junior Mint Brownies
Junior Mint Brownies
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened natural
cocoa powder
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
3 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 (3 oz.) box Junior Mints, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa, flour, baking powder, and the salt. Stir well. Add the butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir well. Add the chopped mints. Stir to combine. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake until set, about 20 to 25 minutes. Do Not Overbake. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into squares. Makes 16 brownies
