Jalapeño Cheesecake
Jalapeño Cheesecake
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/4 c cheddar cheese, grated
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
8 oz jar jalapeño jelly (divided)
Mix half of the jelly with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a 6" greased spring-form pan or a small casserole. Bake @ 350° for 35 min. Cool slightly. Heat remaining jelly and pour over cheesecake. Serve either warm or cold with crackers or tortilla chips
