HAM WRAPPED PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
HAM WRAPPED PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. dark corn syrup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1 (15 1/2 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
thin ham slices
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan, stirring well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes,
stirring frequently. Remove from heat, set sauce aside. Wrap each
pineapple chunk with a piece of ham, securing with a wooden pick.
