Grandma's Teacakes
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar, divided
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup ground walnuts
Cream the butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar together. Mix in the flour. Add the salt and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in the walnuts. Form into walnut size balls. Arrange on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 325 F for 14 to 17 minutes. Roll in remaining powdered sugar to coat. Set aside to cool. Roll once again in powdered sugar
