CILANTRO CORN SALAD

Ready in :15 min
Ingredients:
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 cup BREYERS Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp. ground ginger
4 cups frozen corn, thawed, drained
1 medium red or green pepper, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
Preparation:
Mix salad dressing, yogurt, cilantro and ground ginger.
Add corn, red pepper and jalapeno pepper; cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve
