Brandy Balls Empty Brandy Balls

Brandy Balls

3 cups ground vanilla wafers
1 cup ground walnuts
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon cocoa
3 Tablespoons Karo Syrup
1/2 cup brandy (I use Christen Brothers and brand is fine)
Extra powdered sugar for coating

Mix wafers, walnuts, sugar and cocoa together. Add Karo and brandy. Mix until there are no dry crumbs left. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Wrap in foil to set brandy. Ready to eat.

Notes: Be sure to warn parents that the Brandy Balls have raw alcohol and should not be given to kids.
