Nut Mellow Goodies
6 ounces Simi-Sweet chocolate chips
6 ounces Butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup peanuts
In large bowl place peanuts and marshmallows, set aside. Line 9 X 9 dish with waxed paper. Melt chips and peanut butter in top of double boiler or microwave. Stir constantly so you don't scorch the chocolate. When melted, pour over ingredients in bowl and mix until well covered. (Do this quickly or the marshmallows will start to melt.) Pour into lined dish and refrigerate. Sets up in 45-60 minutes, cut into squares and serve cold.
Helpful Hints: Use ceramic bowl, mixture will be hot.
