Cornstarch Cookies Empty Cornstarch Cookies

Cornstarch Cookies [melt in your mouth]

1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together flour, cornstarch, and sugar. Set aside. In large bowl with mixer, beat margarine until smooth. Add vanilla and flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet covered with foil. Flatten with crossed knife pattern. [ Dip fork into flour to keep it from sticking] They will not spread while baking. Bake at 375* for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Frost if desired.
