Cheesy Chive Warm Dip Mix Preparation and Suggestions

Ingredients
1 packet Cheesy Chive Warm Dip Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese*
2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese, optional

Directions
Combine first 2 ingredients; chill 2 hours. Place mixture into a microwave-safe dish. Heat on high at 30-second intervals (stirring after each) until heated through. Add Cheddar cheese, if desired; microwave an additional 15-20 seconds or until cheese melts. Serve with Blue Aztec Chips, crackers or cubed Bountiful Beer Bread. Makes about 1 cup dip.

*Light may be used.

Variations:

• Stir in crabmeat or finely diced cooked chicken.

• Substitute shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese for optional Cheddar cheese.
