Red Lobster Spicy Pineapple Glazed Salmon (tried & true)
Ingredients Spicy Pineapple Glaze:
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 - 8 oz can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
Ingredients Fish:
4 - 5 to 6 oz salmon fillets
salt & pepper, to taste
non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
2. Place the salmon in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Season the salmon with salt & pepper.
3. In a small bowl, combine all the glaze ingredients & mix well. Generously top each piece of salmon with a scoop of the spicy pineapple glaze.
4. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
