Cracked Pepper Linguine

Amount Ingredient
-------- ------------ --------- --------
8 oz (225g) Linguine, uncooked
1/4 C (60ml) Minced Onions
2 cloves Garlic, peeled and smashed
1 T Reduced-calorie Margarine
1 sm carton Fat Free Sour Cream (sm carton=8 ounce or 250ml)
1 T Skim Milk
1 T Cracked Black Pepper
2 T Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 T Chopped Fresh Parsley

Cook linguine according to package directions. It is best to omit any
salt and fat for this low fat recipe.

After the past is cooked, drain, setting aside and keeping the pasta
warm.

In a small pan, saute the onion and garlic in the margarine over medium
heat until onion is tender, set aside.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, milk, and pepper.

In a large serving dish, toss linguine, onion mixture, and sour cream
mixture.

Sprinkle the linguine with parmesan cheese and parsley.

Enjoy immediately with a nice green salad.
