Catalina Dip Empty Catalina Dip

Catalina Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Catalina Island dressing
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Mix together cream cheese, dressing and green onion in a bowl. Garnish with parsley, and serve with chips or raw vegetables.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
